I interviewed 6 realtors to sell my home, Kayla had the most thorough presentation during that time, she did a lot of preparation for our meeting and it showed.
This was impressive when compared to the others who more or less “stopped by” to give me a sale price. And of all those, she had the highest listing price of all of them by far, and then my home sold for $3,000 over listing price. Even when the appraisal came in 8k under, Kayla contested the appraisal and it was raised right up to the asking price! She maintained professionalism and contact throughout the entire process. While maybe this scenario may not be the same for everyone, it’s definitely what stood out for me.
This is our second time working with Mate and he has always been great to work with!

Vincent Gigliotti was amazing to work with, and got everything handled with in the time he promised.
I had more trouble with Chis Diffen giving wrong numbers, and holding up the process after the 3 week in. Hope that whatever held up the process gets addressed before the next person experience the same problem. Overall experience was okay.
